Since we were so pleased with our honey this past year, we thought we'd try for some maple syrup. Why not? We drilled the holes and out flowed the sap. Now we have to get the sap to syrup. We will let you know how it goes. Another learning adventure!

Knowing that it takes about 500 gallons of sap to make 1 cup of syrup, I'd like to pre-order my teaspoon of Oak Valley Farm Maple Syrup before it gets snatched up!
